我的订阅套餐如何运作？

如果您支付一年的费用，您将获得套餐里包含的x个动态二维码。这些动态二维码将在您的会员套餐有效期内正常工作。

我可以创建的动态二维码数量每年都会自动增加吗？

在套餐不变的情况下，您每年可以使用的动态二维码总数不会变化。如果您需要更多数量的二维码，可以联系客服升级您的套餐。

付费套餐里的动态二维码是否有扫描限制？

只要在您的账号付费套餐在有效期内，您创建的动态二维码都没有扫描次数的限制。

如何更新/升级我的套餐？

登录二维彩虹您的帐户并进入购买页面，选择您当前的套餐并购买。如需升级套餐，请联系客服。一般情况下，您可以在套餐到期之前的3至5天，到官网续费。

我会提前收到套餐到期提醒吗？

会的。我们会在您的套餐到期之前发送提醒邮件。请注意查收，因为它有可能会被发送到您的垃圾邮件。

我如何获得发票？

请通过官网联系在线客服，并提供注册邮箱和开票信息。您会在7个工作日内收到电子发票。

How do I get an invoice?

Go to My Account>Settings>Invoice. Type your company name, company address, tax ID, and other details. Then click on Save.
