COLLECTION OF DATA IN GENERAL
We routinely collect and analyze the metadata about your use of our services in order to improve the quality of our services, and to create anonymized statistics for our marketing purposes.

We adhere to and have ISO27001 Certification. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or destruction. The types of data we collect may include: name, email address, and other contact details provided voluntarily by you, IP address, browser type, operating system, usage data (e.g., QR Code generation activities), and such other personal data relevant to the type of feature you are using.
For purposes of allowing you and your authorized users to use our service as legitimate users and to comply with our obligations under this agreement, we collect the following personal data: Name, Address, and username.
In order for us to verify your payment and to properly issue your invoice, we collect the following personal data: bank and other payment details (Note that a third party payment provider of your choice may also store these information)
To allow us to respond to your queries and concerns, we collect the following personal data: Name, Mobile Number, and email-address.
To analyze usage patterns and provide you with an improved software that better suits your needs, we collect the following: IP address, browser type, operating system, geolocation, device data, and usage data (e.g., QR Code generation activities).
We also use one, or a combination of the aforementioned personal data to send you updates, newsletters, and promotional materials, which you can opt-out at any time. We may also process the personal data to pursue legitimate interests, such as fraud prevention and for network and information security, as well as to comply with legal obligations.
Like other rights, the right to data protection can be waived by the data subject, by providing consent to the processing of his/her personal data. Note that even though there are instances allowing you as the data subject to withdraw your consent anytime, we may still process your personal data when there is another ground allowing us to continue processing the same, subject to your exercise of your right to request the deletion of your account and personal data, when appropriate.

Data Retention
We will retain the data collected throughout the period necessary to provide you the service, unless a longer period of retention is required from us via a lawful request/order from your government. Afterward, your data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
Rights of Data Subject
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete data, request restrictions on the processing of your data, or request to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format by contacting it@qrtiger.com.
For our individual customers and individual users, you may personally delete your account via your QR TIGER account settings. All data associated with the account shall be deleted permanently, including the back up, unless otherwise required by a lawful authority. You may also request the deletion of your personal data under certain conditions by contacting it@qrtiger.com.
You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Note that if there exists reasonable doubt about the identity of a natural person making a request, additional information shall be requested to verify the identity.
SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA
We do not collect data about your gender, biometrics, and other data related to your health conditions, religion, and political affiliations.
PERSONAL DATA OF MINORS
We make reasonable efforts using available technology to verify the age of the user or that consent given by the minor (in allowed situations) is authorized by the holder of parental responsibility over the minor.
Please DO NOT USE the service if you are UNDER THE AGE OF THIRTEEN (13). If you are above thirteen (13), but below eighteen (18) years old, make sure that you have your parent’s consent to use this service. If you are an EU resident, you must be at least sixteen (16) years old, or at least thirteen (13) years old, whichever is the minimum age limit in your country for consenting to information society services.
Anyone can report an account that belongs to an underage person, or any data collected via the use of the service that belongs to an underage person, and we will take actions to take down or restrict the same.

Contact our customer service it@qrtiger.com for concerns regarding litigation hold and portability requests, including cost of storage and associated fees that may be collected from you, if applicable.
DATA BREACH
In the event of a data breach or suspected breach, we will notify affected data subjects in writing or via email, as soon as possible, but not later than 30 days after determining the occurrence of the breach. We may also notify affected data subjects indirectly through website information, posted notices, and media should this manner be the most expedient way of notifying them under the circumstances. We will endeavor to include a detailed explanation of the nature of such breach or suspected breach and the actions taken to remedy it.
